1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using FootyTactix (the “Service”), creating an account, or purchasing premium access, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to use this type of service under the laws that apply where you live. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your location.
3. Informational service only
FootyTactix provides football predictions, statistics, opinions and match analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or professional betting advice.
No prediction, odds target, confidence rating, analysis or historical result guarantees a future outcome or profit. Football results are uncertain, and you remain solely responsible for any decision you make using information from the Service.
4. Responsible use
Do not risk money you cannot afford to lose. If you choose to place a wager with a third-party operator, you do so independently and at your own risk. FootyTactix does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers or control third-party betting services.
5. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify FootyTactix promptly through an official support channel if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared to give another person access to premium content.
6. Premium access and payments
Premium plan prices and included access are shown at checkout. A completed purchase activates access to the selected plan for 30 days, unless a different period is clearly stated at checkout.
Current premium purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew. Any future recurring plan will be clearly identified before purchase and will require your authorization.
Payments are processed by independent payment providers such as Stripe. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. You authorize the selected provider to charge the payment method you submit for the amount shown at checkout.
7. Prices, taxes and refunds
Prices may change, but a change will not alter a premium access period that has already been paid for. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or payment-provider charges disclosed at checkout.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed digital-access purchases are non-refundable. If you are charged incorrectly or do not receive purchased access, contact FootyTactix through an official support channel so the issue can be investigated.
8. Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell or commercially distribute predictions, analysis, account data or other Service content without written permission. You may not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, use another person’s account or use the Service for unlawful activity.
9. Intellectual property
The FootyTactix name, branding, website design, written analysis, predictions and other original content are owned by or licensed to FootyTactix and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your account gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service.
Club names, competition names, team crests and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue part of the Service, correct errors, change features, or remove content when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every prediction will remain available at all times.
11. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, share premium access, attempt fraud or create a security risk. Where appropriate, we may also preserve records or cooperate with lawful requests.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” FootyTactix disclaims warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable or suitable for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FootyTactix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost wagers, lost data or decisions made in reliance on predictions or analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
